How to Cancel a Subscription?
To cancel a subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to Subscriptions in the left navigation bar.
- Select a subscription from the Subscription List that you want to change.
- In the detailed subscription window click on the three dots on the top right corner.
- Click on “Set status as pending return”.
- The subscription will then be set to pending return and the customer will receive an email with return instructions. Also, a new return will be created in the Return section with the status “pending return”.
- When the customer has returned the item and the warehouse has received the item, the return should then be marked as “returned”. This can be done by clicking on the return. Then a new tab will open.
- Click on “MARK AS RETURNED” to save.
- The subscription status will then be changed from pending return to ended and the subscription is no longer active.
