Connect Shopify to circuly
Did you know that circuly only needs to connect to your shop system and Payment Service Provider (PSP) to get things going? Amazing right? The circuly API allows seamless data flow between the connected systems and also makes it possible for you to keep the existing tech stack that you’ve invested in.
Let’s get started and connect your shopify shop system to circuly.
Since February 22’ Shopify is only generating so-called tokens. No username and password needed anymore.
After the welcome call, circuly will provide you access to the circuly Operations Backend. Once you have access to the circuly Operations Backend you can create an account and set up your login credentials.
When you've created an account and are in the circuly Operations Backend, do the following to connect your Shopify shop with circuly:
- Login to your circuly Operations Backend.
- Go to Settings > Company settings > BASE SETUP > Select your shopsystem from the dropdown menu options under the Shop system setting.

- Then go to your Shopify shop > Copy your Shopify URL > Add it to your onboarding board on Monday.

Note: circuly creates a personalised board on Monday to support you with the onboarding. You will gain access to the board after the welcome call.

- Once you provide your Shopify URL to circuly, our customer success team will provide you with the Private App link.
- Click on the link provided by our team to install your private app to your Shopify store.

Note: The installation can take upto 5 minutes. Once it's complete, you will see circuly in your installed Apps (see image below).

- Your Shopify shop is successfully connected to the circuly Operations Backend.
