Save filters as views
No need to rebuild the same filters over and over. With saved filter views, you can set up your most-used filters once, save them, and switch between different views instantly whenever you need. It’s a simple way to turn repetitive searching into quick answers.

Export invoice line items
You can now export invoices down to each individual line item, opening up new possibilities for revenue and product analysis by SKU, category, or any detail captured in the invoice. Choose a CSV export for one-off analysis or set up a webhook to automate the data flow directly into your systems.

Merge customer profiles
Keep your data clean and your reporting accurate by merging duplicate customer records. All subscriptions, payments, orders, notes, and product tracking are transferred over, giving you a single, complete customer history without fragmented data.

Reopen cancelled orders
Orders cancelled by your shop system don’t have to stay that way. With our new reopen feature, you can restore cancelled orders and continue managing the subscription as usual — avoiding unnecessary customer losses or manual workarounds.
To reopen an order > Go to the Orders Tab > Navigate to an order > Click on the three dots to see the action menu > Click on the reopen order option.

New email templates UI
Managing your transactional emails is now even easier. Use the new search bar to quickly find templates, see at a glance which ones generate PDFs, and navigate with grouped views that keep related emails together. It’s all designed to make staying on top of your customer communication simpler.

New filtering UI & UX
Filtering is now faster, clearer, and more intuitive. See exactly which filters are active, use new operators like greater than, less than, and is empty, and easily select values from dropdowns wherever fixed options exist. It’s a smoother way to slice your data and get straight to the insights.
