Stolen Renamed to Lost
The term “Lost” is used in the operations backend for products that are either stolen or go missing. It appears as a tag in the Order List.

And can also be updated/changed under tags.

Swap Process for Lost Products
Lost products can be swapped if your customers want a replacement product and want to continue with their subscription. To see how to innate a swap process for a Lost product, read here.
Limit Delivery Time Slots
The available time slots for delivery can be limited or specified. To configure it for your business, get in touch with the circuly team via the service desk here.
Easily Identify Bought Products
Previously bought products also had a start date, frequency and duration. But now these fields are left blank if a product is a bought product and not a subscription product.

Other Updates
1. Product serial no. is now also displayed in the subscription detail view.

2. Placeholder image displayed for product images that do not load.
3. Invoice no. displayed in place of transaction ID for payments.
4. Clicking the logo goes to a predefined homepage.
